Captain Quinn began fishing the wild waters of Alaska in 1984 and has spent over four decades harvesting sockeye salmon from Bristol Bay — one of the most sustainable fisheries in the world. With salt in his boots, generations of tradition behind him, and deep respect for the ocean, he’s dedicated his life to honest, hard work and responsible fishing. Every fish is flash-frozen at peak freshness and shared with families who value clean, nutrient-rich seafood from a trusted source.
